"Love the location of this hotel, attached to a mall that brings your straight to the strip. No casino at the lobby, making it less crowded and much more enjoyable. Removed 1 star because I asked twice to have the sofa bed ready, and no one came. Overall a great experience."

"I booked this hotel in January and called two days before our arrival to advise that we would be checking in late, around 10:30 PM. Despite having reserved a non-smoking room, we were assigned a smoking room because the hotel was overbooked. The room smelled strongly of smoke, making it impossible for us to sleep, even after staff sprayed air freshener. Exhausted from our flight, we ended up spending the night in the lobby. "We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again."

"Our favorite place to stay when we are in Vegas. Rooms are clean and we like that there is a kitchen. It's in a great area, and you can walk to all the "strip" activities. Restaurants and shopping are all walking distance."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Orange fused water available at the lobby. Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee machine in the room. Will come back when attend Allegiant stadium concerts. It was around 25 minutes walking distance."

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and made it easy to get a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed the food at Zen Café—it was delicious, although a little on the expensive side. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing, and the drinks were just what we needed while enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Room could have been a little cleaner with a deep clean. Bed was comfortable. For the cost of the hotel there definitely needs some cosmetic things done such as wall paper in halls fixed, some odor almost like faint sewer smell when coming off elevators on 15th floor."
