"I was charged a nights stay even though I reserved and paid through expedia. They reversed my $113 deposit and charged me $289. My receipt(which i had to request) stated a night stay. I tried for weeks to reach customer service and could never get through. Online dispute came back stating it was just a hold which wasn't true but gave no way to follow up for additional resolution. As of today have not been refunded or had the issue resolved."

One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all. The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself .
