"So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...

"I already wrote a review I thought was for both rooms. Tldr: Cosmopolitan is nice, great spot, good food and bars. Lanai suite is nice and enjoyed the stary. The check in process was the only part that felt less than ideal. Was told early check-in was available when arrived. Then proceeded to wait 2+ hours for the room, but they kept telling us it was ready. Communicating there was an issue or a wait would have been helpful so we wouldn't have to sit there thinking we were getting the room...

"Tuscany is not like other farmers hotels gathering on Las Vegas blvd, it’s a couple minutes drive distance from, which makes it more quiet , not crowded, that you can have a nice sleep during the whole night. Each living section named by letters. Inside room is clean and functional, my most issue was the entire room darkness, even though you turned on all the lights, and the older bathroom and the energy saving ceiling light. My 9 years daughter says It’s a room only suitable for having a rest....

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. We used the Vale service was great. You ask for you vehicle and it was retrieved in moments. The vehicle was not hot when it arrived. You are able to get your vehicle as many times as you want without paying a new fee. I had a child with us on the trip so it was nice not to have to walk through a busy casino. I would stay there again if I travel to Las Vegas again. Easy accessible to the bus."
