"Staff was very helpful and accommodating, food was okay, pool closed early, bar closed early more family oriented, twice food that was on the menu wasn’t available, someone was either thrown or jumped off a balcony and died which made them shut everything around pool down."

"The hotel is excellent. I have been there about six times, is obvious this place is my favorite. Unfortunately this time the beach was really full of the sargasso that invade the area. I was there for 15 days and for the first time I wasn’t able to go to the beach in the whole trip. Hope to go back but on different season because at this time of a year only the swimming pool is clean. The breakfast and the staff is really friendly and helpful and the view from my room is awesome."

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful . Rooms are equipped with a washer and dryer which is great. Location is amazing. Check in process is a little too long and you are required to keep track of cards in order to get beach/pool towels. The food is awful, especially the breakfast buffet and it’s very expensive."

"Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing. The staff was very friendly and set us up into the adjacent room that had no AC compressors but it...

"No servía el baño , las sábanas estaban sucias , la calidad del departamento dejaba mucho que desear , en comparación con un hotel , me sentí frustrada , los hoteles tal vez le inviertes un poquito más pero tienes limpieza y servicio ! Aquí el precio no era para lo que ofrecían ! Lo único bueno , es que tienes vista al mar , de ahí , nada bueno !"
