Paul and Fiona were exceptional hosts - available but not overbearing and provided me with information on where I could go running in the local area. The room was beautiful and spotless and the breakfast was incredible every day (I especially loved the Sunday special which was French Toast when I stayed). "Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely room with amazing, clean, modern bathroom. Delicious full English breakfast and very convenient Co-op across the road. Private parking and reasonably short walk into city centre. "

"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout.
