None of the receptionists I have met speak even a little bit English. So non-Japanese-speaking guests be prepared to use Google translate all the time. They also refused to store my luggage before AND after check in, which is a big inconvenience for travelers. This is indeed a big shock after staying in hostels all of the world. The capsules look like having been used since 1980s. Rooms are smelly and the Spa didn’t work (water with unusually high temperature) during my stay. There are toilets on each guest floor but the cleanliness is always a big issue. A lot of second-hand smoke in the elevator. Not good value of money despite the cheap price. Would avoid at any cost.

I loved this place! This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space to sleep. A locker to keep your things. Plenty of places to relax. I would stay again!

It's fine, but only for that price (25cad a night)
Bottom line is that the price is worthed, but only by a slight margin. But other then your cabin, its cold everywhere else in the building that you would of wanna rest, that's definitely a big source of

Delux capsule is not a seperate room, it is just a partition. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Worst thing was getting woken up the first morning with the lady coming into my capsule... But, after I accepted the fact that cleaning was going to happen between 10 and 11, and I folded my thin mattress in half to make it twice as thick, it was okay. A new experience. The lack of western showers was odd, but the communal bath was delightful. If you can't wash with other guys, you won't be washing here...

You should have a ear plug. Other guy's snoring is too loud, but other things are good. However, I do recommend this hotel because of good value.

A Nice Capsule Experience
When I came in, they didnt have my reservation I made online listed on their paper. Being a Japanese establishment they had no idea who or what the Internet company I reserved through was. I showed them on my laptop through their free wifi the receipt email confirmation I received and that I had already paid online. They trusted that I did pay as I said and simply took down the info of the website I reserved through in order to try to contact them later. They gave me a free bottle of water for having made a reservation from online. I spoke with them in my half broken Japanese so I dont know if someone with no Japanese would have been able to communicate as well or not given the same situation. 7th floor is the locker to put all your things. On the 8th floor is a sauna/public bathing area. If you've never stayed in a Japanese style business hotel for men, it will be an experience. There is no private shower stall. Just one large room with sitting shower stalls in the wall where you wash yourself first, then you can enter the large onsen/hot spring in the center of the room or sauna rooms second. The hot spring pool was way to hot for me. I showered and exited. 6th floor is a nice resting area with tables and chairs. You can order food. There's a comics library shelf with Japanese manga comics. Floors 2-5 are the capsules.They look like washing machines, but inside they're spacious enough to sit up. At checkout they said they finally got my reservation. So it all worked out.

初めて利用しました お風呂に入りたくて、大浴場のあると聴いてこちらのカプセルホテルに決めました。 川崎駅からも近く、周辺にはコンビニや飲食店なども多く、ハブラシ・館内着・タオルなど基本的なアメニティが完備しており、値段も手頃な価格だったので、こちらに決めてよかったなと思います。 2つほど改善をして欲しいなと思ったのは 小さい方のカプセルルームに あるテレビとマットレス？を良いものにしてただければありがたいなと思いました。 テレビがブラウン管だったので、 カプセルルームのスペースをとるので 少し注意して入らないと行けない事と イヤホンジャックが恐らく？なかったので 音量を他の方に配慮して観ないといけない事だと思いました。 またマットレスが少し薄い？厚くないものだったので、床の硬さを感じたところもあったので、もう少しふかふかの物だといいなと思いました。

ビル内では靴を脱がなければならないにも関わらず床が汚いエレベーターは特に汚い ロッカーが7階にあり、エレベーターが来るのが遅く、都度7階まで上がるのは不便。 各階に滞在する人用のロッカーを置くべきだと思います。 テレビのスピーカーが枕元に設置してある為テレビを見ながら寝てる人両隣の音が一晩中聞こえ寝れない。　カプセルホテルで何故音が出る設定にしているのか？

♨️サウナ(高温ドライ)良かった、 冷水風呂良く冷えリフレッシュし整う 今回はキャビンタイプを利用プライベート空間、仕事の場所にも利用できて大変気に入った。 食事の(コマーシャルのポークは美味しく無い！)他のメニューは美味しい！

最低限のものはあるので寝れたら何でも良い方には問題ありませんが、少しプライベート空間が欲しい方や、設備の性能、清潔感にこだわる方にはおすすめできません。 レストランの食事はボリュームがあるので満足できます。 電子レンジ、電気ポットがありますが、お湯を捨てる場所がトイレしかしないので、カップ焼きそばが食べられるかは不明です。

明け方に食堂で丼鉢にサイコロを数個投げ入れ東南アジア系と思える若者4、5人が博打をしていた丼鉢に投げ入れる音がびっくりするほどだった、使っている丼鉢は食堂のものと思える？ハンモックで寝ている人もいた。 カプセルは中から簡単な鍵を付けないと安心して眠れない、ホテルの従業員の礼儀正しさが、上記の様な行動を目視するとホテルそのものの価値を低下させるのではないでしょうか？
