"The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. They help us to carry luggage’s up and down during checkin and checkout time because the property doesn’t have an elevator. Great thanks to the management team!"

"Great location and easy access to the CoEx mall. Convenient store in the basement level was excellent to purchase drinks and snacks. Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us. "部屋は広くてゆったり出来ましたが、洗面所とトイレの戸がどちらも壊れていて（関係者によると指を挟むのでわざと外して閉められなくしてあるとのこと）友達同士なのでそれでは困ると言って何とかトイレの戸だけは閉められるように直してもらいました。ベッドルームもパーテーションで閉められるようになってましたが、閉めようとしたら動かず、枠が外れてて壊れてました。かなりガッカリしました。"

"ソウルに行く際は必ず利用しています。日本人客は少ない印象ですが、館内静かです。 朝食は益善洞、夕食や飲み屋は鐘路3街とアクセスも良いです。"

" We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. It is close to foods and Metro. Quiet spot but there are bars close by so you can hear people coming out from drinking. There isn't any laundry soap so we had to get some. The kitchen is really basic. They do not want you to fully cook so just be aware. It was a cozy place to stay and would stay here again. "

"Dont rely on stock images, the room was not clean at all, walls dirty/not wiped, hair and rubbish from previous guest still in the room, walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours and elevator outside loud, hard bed, bathroom was bad with dirty grout titles, siding door padding was removed which made the place unsafe, no shower curtain which resulted the entire bathroom all wet"

"Loved everything about the property except the fact that the building runs on central air. We were not able to cool the room because it was not yet considered spring/ summer weather and therefore they would not cool the building. Luckily the room windows opened and we were able to cool the room that way. Great space and accommodations! "
