"I had high expectations for the Lotte Hotel Seoul given its reputation, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite the premium location, I got multiple flea bites after the first night. The itching and discomfort were significant and affected the rest of my trip.
Staff response was mediocre at best when reported. For a luxury hotel, this level of pest issue is unacceptable and concerning regarding cleanliness standards.
I cannot recommend staying here until this is properly addressed....

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session.
