"Our stay here was nice the only downside was room 224, the toilet did not flush and the patio would not lock. We were moved to 221 and the fan in the bathroom stayed on all night despite numerous efforts. We would not stay here again"

"Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker."

"I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. I talked to the front desk, she mentioned that there are no cleaners at this time and she didn't provide me another option. "My first room had a small blood drop on the comforter and the AC was extremely loud and banging, so they moved me downstairs to a new room which was good except it was directly at the lobby and entrance door / elevator which was constantly slamming shut and you could hear every single person that came by as if there were no door. "First room that I was put in had huge flies just swarming me, also the TV had a short in it because every time I tried to turn the tv it cut off and I had to ask for another room and was given a much cleaner room. The laundry room wasn't working."

"This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn but guaranteed not to be the last. The rooms were clean, neat and supplied with necessary supplies (mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine). The amenities were excellent from the (hot) buffet style breakfast and evening Kickback snacks and dinner. But above all it was the excellent customer service!!!
