"The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. "Absolutely no issues with the accommodation itself; we had a King Room and it was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. However, communication with this hotel is terrible. I still have a query outstanding from some time ago and it was urgent at the time. Staff don't seem to care. Also, they leave a deposit pending on your credit card for far too long."

"Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED."
