"As we only stayed 3 nights our room was not serviced which was disappointing. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Could use some refreshing in the pool / outdoor area (loungers, tables and chairs were a bit dated).
The suite was nice, comfortable bed and decent furnishings.
The kitchen was good but could have used toaster oven.
Location was nice but had to uber to the downtown area but liked that it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

"The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back."

"Pros: Great location. Clean bed and bathroom.
Cons: Bear on property going through the trash every day multiple times. Hotel staff did not mention that even at the time of check in. Bear spreads trash near the entrances to the buildings. Room keys never worked at the first try. One of my friends even got locked out at night and nobody was at the desk or on the call to help. It took them an hour to get back. Limited first come first parking. Tiny breakfast room gets crowded pretty soon."
