"The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. "We could not control the room temperature and then the toilet overflowed. When trying to get another room we were asked to pay a higher daily resort fee. After negotiating with the manager we were able to maintain the current fee. In addition, because we could not get into the room for most of the day, the manager agreed to not charge for one day's resort fee.
