"A beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful, not like the huge resorts further along the coastline. It is quite simple, with a small pool and two small places to eat. The only unfortunate thing was the seaweed, but there is nothing to do about that. They try to clean it up but it is way too much. But the hotel itself is great, we loved our stay!"

"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

"My wife and I were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. The resort is perfectly situated for a romantic getaway. At checkin, we were upgraded to the preferred club without asking. The property was clean and well maintained. Service and food were outstanding!! All of the staff were friendly and engaging. The beach was full of sargassum seaweed; however, this is beyond the control any resort. Was an excellent trip and we’ve already talked about returning."
