Room was filthy,holes in the curtain’s windows screwed shut plastic covers on mattresses.room reeked of smoke.no trash cans or liners even after requested walls furniture & lamps shades were stained"

"Nice, clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to get up for. Stale cereal and a few muffins and prepackaged pastries. Smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility."

"This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be...
