"Clean Room, A/C worked well this time, Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, parking is good, bummed the hot tub didn’t work this time. A couple weeks back when I was there the hot tub worked but the jets didn’t work. "

"Great price! Location is perfect for attending concerts and games in Minneapolis. Only thing was the room was not deeply cleaned. Food was under the TV stand and smeared on the shelves. Not super serious, but noticed"

"Room was clean. the hotel was partially under construction. Check in was ok. Bathroom sink would not drain, had to pry the stopper up to make it work. but had hot water in sink. In the morning the shower handle turned extremely hard and would only go about a quarter turn. there was no hot water in shower. when checking out we told the hotel clerk and asked if we would be compensated some how, such as a partial refund but all they did was apologize and said they'd have to take it up with their mgr when they arrived. we have not heard from the mgr and I would expect some kind of refund."

"Hotel was good, the elevator is definitely a little sketchy as if it hasn’t been looked at for awhile. Room was clean and breakfast was great. No pool or hot tub. For the price great hotel. "
