"My only complaint was that it was cold and the air wouldn’t turn off"

"Bad: The room needed repairs. Broken countertop by the sink and window frame was scratched and faded. Sheets had stains, we had to ask for new ones to make the bed ourselves. We couldn’t get the internet to work. Front desk reset it and it worked but found out we couldn’t log in to any apps, even though they showed Netflix, Paramount and Hallmark channel on the TV when you turned it on. Staff said they were just advertisements?! Breakfast was not good. Sausage gravy was plain and runny. Coffee had no taste. Orange Juice was bad. There was no yogurt. Good: The staff were nice and helpful. Parking was excellent. Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid."

"Everything was clean , safe comfortable., only issues I had was the power there went out about 330 in the morning till like 1030am .. I was on 6 floor communication could have been better to when we we would have power back .. and breakfast etc .. but they were very good about refunding because of snow storm coming had to leave day early .. "

"Extremely well maintained, clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful, responsive staff. Good breakfast, great gym. "

"breakfast was great. rooms where clean. Only downfall was the pool area wasn't monitored and it's not a big area, so it was very loud, crowded and our kids where getting hit at the bottom of the slide cause other kids don't wait. Staff was very good and helpful."
