"The property itself was great. However I left my wedding band there and reported it approximately 2 hours after check out and of course no one saw it. From check out I went straight home no stops. "

"Wir waren 8 Nächte im Arlo Midtown und es hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Beim Check-in war Irving sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles ging sehr schnell so dass wir nach ein paar Minuten direkt aufs Zimmer konnten. Die Zentrale Lage des Hotels ist super da Cafes, U-Bahn Station sowie der TimesSquare schnell fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Ziemlich interessant ist auch dass vor dem Hotel Filmaufnahmen gedreht werden. Unser Zimmer hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf Midtown aus dem 21. Stock und...

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au mois d’avril 2026 pour une durée de 8jours. L’hôtel et très bien situé près du métro qui dessert, beaucoup de choses dans la ville. Personnel, peu chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner reste très simple viennoiserie, café et parfois jus d’orange. L’eau de la douche Souvent froide ou tiède.peu d’eau chaude. Je conseille quand même cet hôtel pour la proximité avec Les incontournables de la ville de Manhattan."

"Rooms did not have privacy curtains in bathroom as advertised in photos. Check in was simple. Strong lobby perfume smell every time we entered, I dreaded going back to the hotel due to how strong it was. Poor conditions of bathroom on 4th floor throughout various parts of day. Constant smell of weed or cigarette smoke through the ventilation system. It was strong enough to wake us up during the night. While affordable and a convenient location for our needs, I don't know that I'd choose to stay...

"Super friendly staff, great location, and nicely sized rooms with super comfy linens all around. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day. I will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "There was no A/c. There was no internet working. The TV did not work because of that. There was no top latch on the door. The bath room sink slowly drained. There was dust everywhere."

"I selected this hotel based on price for my short stay and on checking out i received a bill for 160 US dollars as a 'destination fee.' The receptionist explained it as because its a popular location. Im not sure if ive missed something but it feels like that is to increase the fee via the back soor? I would like that money refunded. I got 40 dollars off but only because i had paid for food and drink in the hotel."
