"The place is in the heart of the city and everything was good. EXCEPT one thing the toilets. BUT the issue is not the maids becuase they always do their work as good as they could. THE ISSUE WERE THE RESIDENTS WHO WERE VERY URISPECTFUL TO OTHERS. "

"This was the perfect spot to stay while exploring lower Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and the entire apart/hotel was very clean. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff! Highly recommend!"

"Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself."

"I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. "Wonderful place to stay …beautiful location…just a min walk to Times Square…u can find food anywhere around here 24/7..staff is superbly friendly…Tenzin and Rose at the counter was amazing…best place to stay when you are in New York …Oh o forgot the hop on hop off bus is just in front of the hotel…it takes you to the whole of New York …highly recommend since im from Malaysia…"
