"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"Friendly staff, bad experience with fire alarm going off late at night and poor management of public safety. Aircon didn’t really work and room was hot, bathroom doors like a Wild West saloon door. Reasonable but not for the price. I would choose somewhere else next time."
