Villa was very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was the bed was way too close to the front door . Literally right when u walked it. Shower could use an updated shower handle ..one you can take down and a safety bar.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT , OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, UPDATED WITH A KITCHEN AS WE STAYED FOR 3 DAYS SO THAT WORKED WELL FOR US, GREAT VIEW OF GOLF COURSE, HALLWAYS WERE QUIET, WE WANTED TO TAKE THE BED HOME WITH US CAUSE IT WAS SOO COMFORTABLE. WE WILL DEFINATLEY GO BACK

The property was amazing. The front desk and staff is great. I was giving complimentary champagne for my boyfriend’s bday and the restaurant and check in staff was amazing. I do wish I was giving a heads up about being given a wheelchair accessible room, but the room was still nice. I will return.

Absolutely stunning resort. My only recommendation would be the use of the waterpark should be included in the cost of the room having to pay for it separately just seemed a bit much, especially when you plan to stay for several days.

Our room had ants and beetles in it. We stayed in a villa and were on the first floor. We wish that we would’ve stayed in one of the hotel rooms instead through grand Geneva. The pool was really nice and the land that this is located on is very nice. We just weren’t happy with the bugs in our room.

During the middle of our stay we were asked if we needed anything. we did and it arrived in 3 minutes. Excellent service. It was a good touch to check in with us the middle of our stay. It is rare to be asked that question without prompting after the initial check in.

This is our 2nd time vacationing at the Holiday Inn Vacation club in the Grand Geneva property. Amenities are amazing! Size of rooms and kitchen was perfect. The only drawback I had was that I was given an accessible room (didn’t request one) and the shower didn’t have a glass wall around it, just a curtain so our bathroom was constantly soaking wet. I didn’t like that. Also because it is so damp in there, the molding around shower was not in good shape and the bench in shower needs replaced. Otherwise, we love this property, price and location. Can’t be matched for what you get from it.
