"Good communication. Easy directions for late night arrival. Room was big enough for 2. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice Mountain View from 20th floor. Property is older and not remodeled but for the price it was very good. Clean, no bugs. Wall AC is only in the living room but there was a pedestal fan. Free parking a big plus. Always managed to find a spot if I went up to the 4th floor. Office has free beach gear you can borrow like chairs or floats, stuff people left behind. I would definitely...

"This is the second time staying at this property. We will continue to use this location for all upcoming trips. The building itself is well maintained as well as the unit. The elevators were newly replaced since our last visit. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and there are so many amazing dining options as well for any budget ! Huge bonus is that the units come with a parking spot! You definitely feel the aloha when staying here ! Can’t wait till our next trip ! "

"My family and I stayed at this condo for almost 3 weeks. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, clean, and access to the beach was a quick walk. Rochelle Martinho was amazing! Communication was always quick and helpful. She helped ensure my family and I had the best time. I would absolutely recommend this property. We had the most wonderful time!"

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "Our Unit was incredible everything was as advertised the scenery was beautiful clean unit big enough for a family of 6 only negative thing was the stove it took forever to heat up and there wasn’t a oven for the price we payed we were expecting to cook and enjoy a meal in the unit but that wasn’t a option other than that I would highly recommend staying there "
