"Loads of character, friendly staff, and tasty food. The beds are a bit small and the floors creaky, but this is in line with the property (theme). Room was clean, with a small but modern bathroom and otherwise very cozy. Certainly good value for money."

"This historic building has been beautifully restored, congratulations! The Old Abbey House is in a perfect location in the centre of Abingdon. Our room was a deluxe king suite (garden view) and was faultless. Thoughtfully designed, spacious with a separate seating and kitchen area making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was very straightforward."
