"Eccentric is the right word to describe this place. It was clean and well stocked with towels etc. I found myself fascinated by the decor, it obviously took some time and effort to do. We absolutely loved it. Then there is the view, watching the sun set behind the mountains in the evening or the mountains slowly being illuminated by the sun as it rose, what an incredible sight as you ate breakfast or dinner. We didn’t use the patio as there was a heatwave while we were there but it looked like a lovely place to gather in nice weather. It’s not right in the middle of everything but it’s close enough that the attractions are only 20-30 minutes away. Groceries and restaurants are only five minutes away. I would definitely book this place again it I were going back to the area. It’s close enough to everything and the quirkyness is more fun than a “normal “ hotel. Not to mention that it’s cheaper than a lot of other places I looked at. "

"It is in need of a lot of renovations. Carpet is gross, there was yellow liquid in our bath when we arrived and stains on the sheets. Overall met the need but wasn’t great. Pools were nice though. Ice machine was broken on our level and sink in our room was dirty. "

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest bathroom; Guest shower drain clogged in bathroom and drained very slowly; AC vent rattled loudly in master bedroom, and every time it shut off through the night it sounded like a door slamming shut; Old food left in freezer; Several kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them and were dirty; Pool dirty with debris and dead lizards; Broken landscaping lights and other debris/trash in outdoor areas (front porch and around pool); Foosball table broken and unusable; No instructions regarding trash pick up found. Trash bin full upon arrival with little room for our trash; 3rd night - home lost power in master bed and bath. Took several hours to resolve. Communication was poor until a maintenance worker finally called. He was helpful. We took care of the smaller items and worked around things, but wanted the property manager to know so these issues can be fixed for future guests. To date, no acknowledgment or response was received. Would not stay here again. "

"It was just ok"

"Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed water added. Music was also not good. Overall just a ok experience, we won’t be back. "
