"We love how there are multiple hot tubs. The hot tub’s temp was 103 degrees and it was awesome. The pool was about 90. We got breakfast and lunch at the restaurant onsite. I think it’s named Capri? The food was good and Adam our server was very helpful and welcoming. Food was hot and the drinks were cold. 👍 Honestly the rooms are very dated and the hallway smelled like weed when we arrived. This hotel has kind of cornered the market in this area if you want the multiple hot tubs, so you have to tolerate the old furnishings and carpeted rooms. It seems like the staff made an effort to clear up the weed odor because the stairs smelled like air freshener the next day, but the hallways not so much. We have been here many times over the years and it is still pretty consistent in all the areas mentioned above. It’s a popular location for people visiting Coachella & Stagecoach festivals so beware of these weekends as this hotel fill up quickly. There are also lots of people who also seem to come here for the hot tubs. We will be returning for the hot tubs and the great service from folks like Adam. "

"I was hoping for natural mineral pools without chlorination, but even the private pools are at 5%. This left my skin dry and smelled strongly. They told me it is a California regulation that you must chlorinate, but that’s only true if they’re not circulating the water frequently enough. The property is a bit grungy and needs refreshing. There are better options in town. "

"We loved the pool and how intimate the place was. Its a perfect serene and tranquil getaway from the city. The breakfast we had was amazing! My husband and I had so much fun laying on the pool hammocks stargazing. "

"I had a pretty okay experience at this property. We were originally promised a room with a full kitchen and bathroom, but when we arrived, we were only given a room with just a bathroom. After bringing it up, the situation was eventually addressed—they held our belongings while maintenance worked on another room for us. The bigger issue was timing. We got back from Coachella around 3 AM completely exhausted, and the whole situation made things way more stressful than they needed to be. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due—David, the property manager, was very helpful. He stayed in communication, got us in contact with the property owner, and ultimately made sure we received a full refund, which I appreciated. Overall I’m sure things will work better next time around since this place is brand new and still under “construction”"

"The entire resort was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The mineral pools are amazing and so relaxing! The airstream is well set up and the beds are super comfortable!! I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back."
