"This property is stunning- I wish it was my home. The building is gorgeous, the plants on the property are lush and there are hummingbirds everywhere! "I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Springs and overall had a great experience. The kids had an amazing time, especially in the pool and indoor play area with the basketball half court—it really made the trip fun for the whole family. The suites were clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. The fitness room could use some improvement, as it lacks a variety of exercise machines, but it’s still usable. The only real downside was parking—if you have an SUV over 6 feet tall, you’ll likely need to park on the street since the garage clearance is limited. Aside from that, everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Stayed there for one night with my friend, we were in town for a play. Linens were clean but property needs to be updated. Very old & tired. They have a Mexican restaurant on property as well as a bar. Bartender was up to her elbows in people! She was extremely nice and polite. We ordered a drink and food as well."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights during Coachella , and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The overall condition of the room was poor and clearly not well maintained. The walls had peeling paint, and the bathroom was in bad shape—the bathtub looked old, worn out, and in need of serious renovation. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was visible dirt on door handles and other surfaces throughout the room, which made it feel unhygienic. Another major problem was the front door. It did not seal properly, leaving gaps around the edges. Because of this, insects were able to come into the room at night, and it also affected temperature control since outside air could easily get in. Additionally, the TV was not usable because the cable cord was too short to properly connect it, which shows a lack of attention to basic room setup. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and basic functionality. I would not stay here again unless major upgrades are made. "
