This was a nice little spot to stay on my road trip to Vegas. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Room also included a full size fridge and microwave. Would gladly stay here again

The parking was safe and secure. There was restaurants and shops very close by. Stayed her for Coachella, was a little far from the festival about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic but for the price it was definitely worth it.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the pools were nice and well kept. The mattress was very comfortable, so we slept really well. We also loved the mountain view, and the location is really convenient — close to shopping and everything you might need. We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, and very comfortable. What made our experience truly special was the owner. He was incredibly kind and helpful, personally making sure we had everything we needed . It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about their guests. Mountain view and pools are exceptional. 15 min drive to Palm Springs. Room was short on towels and coffee. But staff was great and always helped out . Super quiet neighborhood. Rooms were almost new construction. Great beds with down comforters!

The owner, Mr. Henry, and Lucky the cat, provided us with the best hotel/motel experience ever (regardless of stars). The pool, whirlpools and saunas were spotless - 5 stars. We stayed 3 nights - and there was not a minute that the owner and staff was not fully prepared to accommodate every request. Mr. Henry and his outfit are a pearl among pearls. We traveled from Sacramento for this experience, and Relax exceeded all our expectations. Mr. Henry - the best host EVER. Daniel D. Richer.

I had to admit I was skeptical getting off the freeway passing through the area to get to the hotel. But when we arrived I felt better. The hotel is nestled in a residential area but I didn’t expect it to be so quiet and so clean! The room is so nice, the kitchen area is perfect for a quick getaway and the tv options were great! I felt like I was at home. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the pool or jacuzzi like we planned but we are definitely going to book again for 2 days to test it all out. Down the street are food places, grocery store, convenience stores, bar and boutiques. We had no idea desert hot springs had this stuff. Very nice place for the price. Staff is nice and helpful!

The pool, courtyard, 2 outdoor hot tubs and 1 indoor hot tub are nice. Pool was heated and apparently it never closes made for being under the stars at 1am. The area seemed safe and quiet.The rooms feel like a landlord special. No black out curtains. So light will wake you up if you need complete darkness to stay asleep in the early morning. Paint and caulking on tile and floor. The floors are wood laminate not the commercial grade but its better than carpet. The beds are soft and so are the pillows. No robes or slippers (understandable for the price 125per) if the price remains under 250 for the weekend we would definitely return.

Property is very peaceful and off the beaten path, near the edge of the metro area. Spent a quiet night in the soft beds and large rooms. Property has a swimming pool, outside and inside hot tubs with bubbles, and a separate mens and womens steam room. Cupboards are empty so bring your own dishes for microwaving and utensils/napkins for eating. A small hot water maker and a larger than usual refrigerator accompany the sink for kitchening. Coffee pot is a short walk to a room near the office. Staff was very accommodating with our late night check-in which was timely and efficient. Recent construction inside the room and outside around the tubs and pools looks like it was done in a craftsmanlike manner. Kick back and relax!

Ok, let me say first that this place is now my most favorite quirky little spot. While not every little thing on the property is perfect, and they are actively working on renovations, and tue neighborhood is sort of uncharacteristic of a spa like this, this place is a real gem. The gardens are beautifully done, the view pf the mountains are great, the staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, and most importantly, the 24/7 mineral hot springs-fed pool and 3 jacuzzis, and sauna and steam room, were amazing. It was also really quiet, and we were practically the only ones there. If and when I come back I will most definitely be staying here. Some of the odd stuff about the room were that the hot and cold temp indicators were switched on the shower, which had me thinking the hot water didn't work at first, but ot did, it was just backwards. We had a couple small beetles wander in because we were on the ground floor. But considering how qctually cool and chill everythong was, we couldn't literally care less. The place is totally chill, clean, and pretty special. We loved it!!!

Will be coming back! I surprised my boyfriend with a getaway, and we definitely enjoyed the experience! Not only was it clean, the staff was spectacular. I definitely planned for this vacation and was able to cook in the kitchenette. I had 0 issues with cleanliness. The room was ready before the check in time! I met the owner and he checked in on my experience frequently. Keep in mind I stayed one night. I wish I had booked more! Relaxing, several amenities so you have your own space. The fact that this hotel doesn’t close the amenities at a specific hour is AMAZING! We were out most of the night, star gazing, swimming, talking by the waterfall. Very beautiful and affordable.

Second time we’ve stayed here, we love that pool area is 24/7. It’s very quiet and calm area. There’s a shade area to sit and relax. Rooms have been cleaned. Staff is helpful for check in and check out. We never gone to kitchen, just know the give free coffee.
