"Everything was amazing!"

"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. "This hotel is a scam. I paid for my reservation for 8 people including kids and when we arrived they didnt have the reservation and the room was not available. They didnt have more rooms and when I asked for a refund they said it was with expedia when the charge is from them. The phone number they had ia someone's else's phone number and they never answer and they didnt give me my money back. And the hotel doesn't look like the one on the picture."

"Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club...

"Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. "Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great location, ample parking, breakfast was basic simple. Fridge, microwave and sink in room were a plus. Great staff and host!"
