"The only real issue we ran into was that the address we originally had brought us next door, and since the service is very scarce out there - I just highly recommend you make sure you have the correct one programmed before you journey lol 😆. "My third stay here for solo hiking in the mountains. Why do I keep coming back? I love the activities, the pools, hot tubs, and saunas, and the clean quiet comfortable accommodations to come back to at the end of the day. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I left something behind this trip and housekeeping quickly located it in lost and found and are shipping it home to me. I appreciated the extra steps they took to make my stay great. I'll be back!"

"Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "

"Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. "

"Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....
