"It could have been better. Microwave was broken. No hand soap given to us. No food options from after breakfast until 5 pm when restaurant opened. No room service ( online it stated this was a service). Otherwise room was big, beds were comfy. Seemed clean. Great area."

"Overall, my stay was extraordinary and I truly enjoyed the experience. However, I would suggest a couple of improvements. First, it would be great if some reception staff could enhance the quality of their welcome by being more friendly and smiling more often at guests. A warm attitude really makes a difference. Secondly, I would recommend offering Wi-Fi as a complimentary service rather than making it chargeable. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent."

"First night a lot of noise from a child in the hallway at 5 am otherwise it was an affordable option near the pricier hotel nearby where i was at a conference - I like having breakfast as part of it makes every thing easier"

"Second visit to this property. The first was 5 stars all around. Now, 18 months later, it seems as if the property needs a refresh--and appears to be getting one. Our room was clean but a bit cramped and frayed. Mattress needed to be replaced (my wife and I seemed to be rolling toward the middle). Breakfast was fine. Supplies were plentiful despite a crew of hungry teens (and families) from a sports team beating us and (temporarily) occupying most of the area. I like the location: just off the Interstate and close to our final destination. I'll try again in a few months, hoping remodeling is completed. "

"We booked our room the beginning of December and was surprised to find that the pool was closed. A pool was a necessity for our stay, and I found this one using the pool filter when searching. "

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"
