"The guys at reception were very accommodating, check in is at 15:00, which was late for us as we had to be at a wedding in a nearby venue by 16:00. I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left"

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat.
