"Great location for walking to the city centre and First Direct Arena. We managed to park in one of the 6 car spaces adjacent to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was as expected from seeing the photos online meaning we were very pleased with them both. The hotel bar was a lovely, quiet and well stocked for a night cap. We didn’t eat there as there were plenty of places to choose from within a very short walk. "

"Couple of gripes first. Why no plug sockets near the mirror? Two plug sockets were situated behind the big mirror which was nigh on impossible to get to. Had to lift the big mirror out of the way to get to it to plug my appliance. Also at £134 for a night - why only Nescafé sachets for coffee. Basic! Asked staff if they had any coffee bags - no. Was advised that Sainsbury’s was only round the corner if I needed to buy any. Room was ok, small double, bed was very comfy. Bit noisy as the bed was...

"Beautiful room, amenities and excellent customer service by hotel staff! We had an early flight the morning we had to leave and they kindly prepared us a breakfast to-go that we took on our way to the airport. It was delicious and very much appreciated. "

The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. "6 rooms booked all rooms were not habitable, only two rooms were actually used only because no hotels in Leeds were available. My other guests refused to stay. This is not a hotel at best it is a hostel or for asylum seekers. Owner refused to resolve my complaints and I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. "

"The family room was very small for an actual family. Two beds, but really one bed and am uncomfortable sofa bed. Not much room to move around and chill once they were both up. Also everything was bit tired and dated. Marks on the wall, the blinds and the door was very very chipped. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was fab. Shame that the opening and closing hours of the pool are restricted for children. "
