"This is a so so hotel. It’s aging and showing it. The rooms are a little bit pokey and very very basic. The staff are great and friendly, so the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. Room accessibility is bad as the bulk of the rooms are a long way from reception and a fair amount are up flights of stairs with no lift access. For the price point you can do a lot lot better. Basic and boring."

"Great location right next to the train station and not far to walk to shops and restaurans. Friendly staff. Room is spacious and was ideal as it had a fridge and air con and the temp was 30 degrees outside so we got to go back and relax in the room with the air con. Stayed here a few times now and would highly recommend."

Free milk, water, breakfast cereal, excellent beds and zero noise from other rooms or corridors. I have stayed in all the main hotels in Leeds and this is by far the best in a great central location."
