"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"So glad I booked this place! It felt home away from home for this solo traveler. You had the privacy of your own studio but could go into the home and feel welcomed. Breakfast was such a fun experience with the food and other guests. Fresh coffee, fresh orange juice and freshly cut up fruit were my favorite! Beds were comfortable, slept good. "i have stayed in so many hotels but unfortunately my experience with jet park was not plesant. first stay in jetpark and pretty average. staff at time of checkin wasnt very helpful. rest of staff were nicer. was booked for 3 nights and it was non refundable so had to stay for duration otherwise would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. website had few things which i find misleading and i did mention to staff . leaky sink in bathroom. housekeeping not very good. parking available if onsite...

"I stayed at the Regent Rotorua with my two sons during a family trip. The hotel was clean with useful an amenities, including a kitchenette, two queen beds, and a sofa. Best of all was location: adjacent alleyway with a dozen restaurants and shops, dozens of downtown food and shopping options, and Lake Rotorua well within walking distance. This centrally located hotel is very convenient and family friendly."
