"1 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes. "The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. However was disappointed that when I phoned at8.30am to ask for a sachet of hot chocolate for my child, the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t bring a sachet past the room, saying that housekeeping...

"Our unit 23 was showing its age and a number of things needed repairs or replacement i.e. faucet needed to be repaired and wardrobe door handle come off when trying to open. The manager was very helpful and offered another unit, which we declined due to not wanting to pack / unpacked"

"Motel has paper thin walls and is located next door to an indian temple or something, lots of inconsiderate indians staying in the motel making loads of noise, banging doors etc until late making sleeping near impossible"
