"Room was clean and tidy.
However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks"

"Very disappointing stay. Our room was not ready at 2:30 pm, and we received poor communication about when it would be available. Once checked in, the water was unavailable for around two hours. The room had a dirty/stained carpet, rusty bathroom fittings, and a loose tap that came off. We also couldn't contact reception as the phone went straight to voicemail. We had booked a city-view room but did not receive the room/view we had reserved. Parking was limited despite the additional cost, there...

"The breakfast was good, plenty of choice The TV was basic and did not work. We complained and they sent a technician to resolve it.
Having free filtered water was a great help.
They had two spas, but the jets did not work and the water could have been cleaner, even though it was geothermal.
The bath and shower needed safety handles, especially for older guests.
The room floor was not the cleanest. Everything else was clean eg bedding and towels.
All in all a comfortable stay. Would...

"We fully enjoyed the lodge! Amenities are from New Zealand, kitchen facilities are perfectly equipped and the location is of course perfect to walk around the city, all of which helped us staying entertained and enjoying local foods :)
You may be better to bring large garbage bags and cooking oil if you’re a cooking traveler! Other than that, almost anything you would think of is there :))"

"We really like the family room so that as a family of 5 we could stay in one room (well two rooms in one). This is hard to find. The staff were all super helpful in every area of the hotel. There was an awesome Fijian man at the restaurant that always made us feel super special. The breakfast buffet is great. Love the egg station! The hotel hosts a lot of tour bus groups which meant for us a family we had the pool to ourselves which was cool.
The downside of the busses is a guest setting off...
