"Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it. Cheap but dated. Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that. Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs. Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. "

The kitchen was ok for our needs and it was in a convenient location for where we wanted to visit but it was far from the centre of town and it is not near any cafes or restaurants (30 min walk to centre of town). "There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, the spa bath worked well and the water was hot. Mattress was comfortable and linen etc clean. Surprised at how spacious apartment. Would definitely book again."
