"Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. "What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. "
