"The overall location was nice, pretty quiet, other than the cyclone outside but that wasn’t their fault. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well! We used the hot tub and it was nice and hot despite the winds. We would stay here again if in the area! "

"The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well."

The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. I absolutely plan to come back again and recommend this place to anyone passing through Rotorua."
