"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I appreciated their support even after hours! The staff, location and room décor were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Cairns. I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind the hotel's exterior or the view from your room."

"Excellent location, practical apartments, nice pool and easy parking which you can reserve but most of all Margaret and her family are easy to deal with and thoughtfully kind. Two suggestions though, the beds are smallish and bouncy so when next they are updated try to get the ones which have minimal partner disturbance, and it would be good and easy to improve the frying pan quality and size. We will return, thanks."
