"This property was much better than expected. Not something you’d expect in the medical district but a pleasant surprise. There was a strong odor on the floor I was staying on but once inside the room it was no issue. My room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Shiv was an excellent help! The valet is also very convenient and I loved being able to text them when I needed my car. Amazing 1st time experience."

"The room next door had heavy marajuana smokers in it. So bad that the smoke and smell was filling our room. Our daughter coughed all night. We called security several times with no resolution. "

"It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee. "

"The room was beautiful. My overall stay was lovely excepted for parking. I feel like there should of been a parking pass ( including in pricing) giving to guests throughout their stay"
