"The service wasnt that good with the room service. we didnt get our room cleaned one day. and when we ask for water at night they said the big bottles are already locked up. the glasses that we use in the room , was only taken away, but never put new once."

The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. "Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed....

"We were told the water heater pilot was out upon arrival and it was very old and would not be fixed anytime soon. We then got to our room which smelled like smoke (non-smoking hotel supposedly). Their response was to send housekeeping to spray an air freshener. When she arrived to the room she just walked in without knocking. Between that smell and the smoke we were getting headaches and we were forced to find another hotel they refused to refund our payment. Old building on its last legs that...
