"Our room was dirty, hair in the bed, make up on the pillows. A condom wrapper under the head board. The head board had hand prints. The sheets and towels were stained. The sink in bathroom was clogged. No power cable for tv, tape holding batteries in on the back. Ice machine didn’t work. No juice for breakfast, no cream cheese for bagels. No soap in the dispensers chair had stains . Very unsatisfied for my first time in Texas. :( I feel I should receive a full refund our voucher for future...

"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"I made a reservation 2-3 days before we arrived to this hotel. After a long day of traveling, we made it to the hotel around 11:30 pm and the front desk staff informed us that there were no rooms clean and we’d have to wait. Extremely frustrating when their check out time is 11 AM and we arrived 12.5 hours after that.. keep in mind, they also knew we were coming. Finally got a room on the third floor.. and then we found out the elevator was broken. We get up to the third floor and two cleaning...

"Overall the room was good for the price however my particular room was slightly outdated in my opinion. Some of the furniture was peeled and the smell in the room was odd. There is a heavy presence of animals and people definitely live here so not sure if this is a shelter of some sort also doubling as a hotel. Staff was great. "
