"Visited Pittsburgh for a concert at the Steelers stadium and stayed here at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Upon arrival which we called ahead to ensure our room was available and they said it was. Checked in a front desk and was told it would be a while before we could get into the room. In the mean time, 4 other guests checked in and was given a room key. Then we were told that we would have to pay to park in the hotels parking lot. This was not mentioned when we booked this room on line. ...
