Hotel Spa di West San Antonio

"The room was not in the best shape. We got a double bed with the sofa bed. We could not use the sofa bed b/c when I unfolded it, there was a big stain on the bed, looked like dried blood, so the person that was going to sleep there has to share a bed with someone else. The door to the bedroom (no the door to the room) would not stay open, had to put a suitcase in front to keep it open. The curtain kept getting caught and was almost impossible to open/close. They were in the process of remodeling...

"As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed"
