"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property itself to be well maintained and in very good condition. The rooms and common areas were clean, and overall the hotel has a lot of potential. However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem happy to assist guests, and their attitude made interactions feel unwelcoming. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but items were not being refilled once they ran out. Each time I asked for something that was supposed to be...

"The hotel itself is great! Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and ac worked perfectly! Great water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare."

"They did not have a correct room ready when I arrived and they felt a little unorganized and unprepared, but that was late in the night to be fair. One of the beds had some kind of crumbs on it which makes me feel like the sheets may not have been changed. The room itself was clean though, and everything in the bathroom and such worked. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I did not swim but the pool seemed nice. Breakfast options were a little limited (qnd only served on weekends) but...

"Stayed there overnight w my kids. No restaurant service nor a bar. The lobby is nothing worth commenting able because it’s almost no existent. Good thing is that the hotel is close to many amenities."
