West San Antonio Hotels with Air Conditioning

"Didn't use the pool, room was cleaned but when I got back for the day room had an odor and bathroom was clean but toilet was nasty as if it was backing up, shower water doesn't get really hot water comes out slow in the shower and parking isn't the greatest, I believe locals come to the bar here and takes up all the parking. All staff at front desk was extremely pleasant. Will I stay again NO. "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 2/25/26-2/28/26 for the proximity to the Air Force graduation ceremony for my brother-in-law. The hotel and our room were clean, welcoming and comfortable, with a very nice full breakfast every morning in the lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a great experience with a very convenient location to many areas we explored. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Room was not cleaned and asked to switch room and person at the desk didn’t believe me and went to the room and when he saw it was in fact dirty there was no apology or sorry for the inconvenience but rather gave me two keys for the room next door . Room wasn’t any better but got tired of the back and forth "

"Parking was very easy. Hotel was very clean. Not too far from Lackland AFB. My only complaint was at night the lights from Wendy's (which was directly across from my hotel room) are SO bright they shined into my room. Not a big deal if you have a sleeping mask or don't mind some light in the room, but for me I prefer a pitch black room. Would recommend to friends and family. "
