This hotel is great, the staff are really nice and they have clean rooms also my dog is free and it’s only a $30 dollar deposit for the room. They also have a free juice bar in the lobby.

Potentially nice, and okay for a short stay

My stay was good since I only stayed one night. The hotel would benefit greatly from some standard maintenance. If the rugs were cleaned and the interior painted it would highly improve its appeal. My bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Meh

Cheap hotel, expect what you paid for. Service was fine but sheets were stained and it felt like being a detention officer again seeing concrete walls. Again staff are friendly but it still wasmt the most enjoyable stay. No wifi either.

Good for a quick trip

Quick weekend trip to San Antonio. We didn’t need much, just some beds to sleep in, but the location was definitely wore down and the bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. The beds were a bit stiff but they worked for the weekend. Definitely a reasonable price for a quick trip and a good location for getting where we were going. Lots of restaurants real close to the hotel.

You get what you pay for

The service was about average. The people working were very nice. The property is run down and dirty. It is a cheap(er) property so there are several shady people you'll encounter, but didn't have any altercations while staying there.

Service was good, parking was good as well. Now, rooms were horrible. Curtains were broken, hanging on by one or two rods. Room had a horrible strong smell. Shower curtain was broken, bottom frame from the bed was broken and sticking out I hurt my toes running into the metal was I walked in. Would not book again!

Good but not safe environment for kids

It was decent and nice for the price. Wouldn’t book it again with my child. 1-3am bunch of guys coming in and out of the room across from us and being extremely loud (the women looked like prostitutes) The doors to exit in the back weren’t locked. Walking thru the halls smelt like cigarettes and weed. Recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay without a child. Room was nice, clean, did love the room just hated that it didn’t feel safe with my daughter.

The whole place its sketchy. Look like people live there per month. Halls have strong smell of cigarette and marijuana. My room was good but notice that used shampoo bottles were left in the bath tub. Noticed that i could hear the vehicles on the interstate so i went to the window and noticed that it was Plexiglas and it was poorly installed. Stay alone ok to sleep only, not with families!!!!!

New managment new rooms

The room was fine the prices were fine. Had trouble at other hotels in the area so our check in was late at night/early morning but when i went to check in i walked into the office and 4 people were standing there trying to find the person at the desk one said i think he is in that room behind the desk sleeping. After waiting 45 minutes i decided to knock on the door i knocked louder and louder until i decided to give the door 3 good kicks ( my room was paid for and it was 3 am) then i heard someone say 1 minute i let him handle the people that waited longer than me and then i got into my room. When i arrived origionally i noticed a sign that said " new managment new rooms" upon leaving after check out i noticed someone changed the sign to " new managment sucks D*** im guessing it was one of the people that waited longer than i did

It was clean the room was neat and clean. The only dispute I have was there was a not of chatter and sounds coming from the hall way. I was on the third floor. So I assume staff doesn't go up there unless they need to. The halls were filled with people coming in and out from the room in front of me. And the halls where full of smoke coming from that room. They were using the fire escape stairs to go up and down the hotel. This was already early in the morning hours. Like at 2 am. I assume they are short on staff for the graveyard hours. But the staff should be checking the camera feeds and taking care of that matter. But everything else was good. The bed was soft and the pillows were good. The shower and hot water. And the a/c was super cold.

This room was listed as "Superior Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking." The room we were given had a bed, small fridge, tv and microwave. There was no table or chair, just the bed. There were no working lights in the bedroom. Only in the entry and bath. We had trouble getting the entry lights on as two light switches worked the same light. The bed, however, seemed comfortable. We were then given a second room. Of the two bedside lights only one had a light bulb. There was a table and chair, but the seat of the chair was very torn up. The room must not have been used in a while as it was dirty - surfaces covered with dust. This rooms bed was very uncomfortable. It creaked when you sat on it. The motel was older and not well maintained. There were places on the wall that had been patched, but not repainted. I felt the price was very reasonable, but I'd never been asked to provide a $30 security deposit. As I rarely travel, this may have been a new requirement everywhere. I am somewhat handicapped and they did provide excellent parking accommodations next to the front door. The motel did provide us a place to sleep at a reasonable cost, but not the quality I felt was advertised.
