I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"

"This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. If you want to shop, it’s a two minute drive to Washington Square Mall, and...

"My time at the WoodSpring was great. I had a wonderful (and needed) night of sleep. The hotel was pretty quiet, room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty simple in the sense it's great if you have a short stay and looking for a comfortable, clean place to sleep. No breakfast or food options available, but it worked for me as I was only there one night."

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the omelettes were delicious. Indoor pool was a little cold. Parking was a bit expensive at $17/day compared to other nearby properties that didn’t charge. Would consider staying again if priced similarly to nearby hotels."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice, the property was excellent and we took advantage of all the amenities (especially the kids). The only issue we had was the shower water made its way onto the floor possibly bad design. Overall we’d definitely come back when in the areas again."

"Great Buffet breakfast options, and the property is distinctive with a nice garden, pond, and gazebo between the buildings. The only problem we ran into was not having an elevator, but with only two floors in our building, it wasn't too big a problem. One thing to note - the property is built on a hill-side, which can make the parking lot a little hard to navigate."

"The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger.."
