I thought I was getting a deluxe/luxurious room as the pictures on expedia were a bit deceiving. I wish there was a more accurate room picture. And we thought this was beach level, (again, due to the pictures) but it was up on the cliff. Beach access was only 2blocks away. So it was fine. Amenities were great! Fire pits, and FANTASTIC breakfast!"

When asked where to take my dog I was essentially pointed towards the neighbor's houses along the street. Beyond that, it took me 3 days of going back and forth to the office to get refunded something I should not have been...
