"Very clean! Under construction, so needed to use the neighboring hotel’s fitness center. It was great though. New breakfast buffet was lovely. Breakfast staff lovely. There was construction banging that started around 6:30am and woke us up. The first room we had didn’t have WiFi connection and had to change rooms. Maintenance had to come to the room 3 time to work on the AC. Beautiful establishment, just wasn’t totally great when we were there."

"Everything about the room was wonderful! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and very clean interior condition for the common area. I love the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon! Very pet friendly. Here’s the issues: The homeless gather in the parking lot till the manager drives them away to the Chevron next door. Homeless don’t bother you however they sleep on the grass near your car so it might be scary for some. The gym is not functioning. The treadmill has a broken screen but works. The step climber doesn’t work. Basic weights. AC barely functioning. I would have walked around the parking lot if it wasn’t for the homeless. Breakfast is good but 1 hour prior to shut down they don’t refill anything. So make sure that you go between 6-8 am. 9-10 is nothing. One staff member was wondering and friendly. I wish I got her name. The rest were like robots. I was sad such as nice hotel had so many negative quirks. "

"The room was not clean. Upon walking into our corner suite, the window outside of our suite was filthy with droplets all over it and fingerprints. When we got into the suite, the shower had more than one long women's hair in it, the white shower floor was stained almost with peoples dirty feet, it needed to be scrubbed with a brush or a cleaning paste, there was no makeup remover wipes which should be in the room, so I had to call down. no garbage bags in the trash cans, dirty handle on the bathroom door with smudges. The table in the room was wobbly, they have crappy thin pillows despite the website saying they are plush, no privacy in the sliding bathroom door, and when we went down to the lobby the next morning, I had to ask them to refill the coffee and the creamer, and when I went to get a second coffee an hour later, the coffee and creamer were empty again. Honestly it is a beautiful hotel, but the service and cleanliness was subpar. When we went to check out, she didn't ask us how our stay was or anything. I will say, our server at the restaurant was impeccable, and the chef was super personably coming out to tables making sure everything was good!"

"A place to stay for one night. Not sure if owner think Covid is still an issue or a statement about the neighborhood as the office door is kept locked at all hours and you do business from outside through a window. Shut access to my unit at 9 am and left message at office window that they were not available for 30 minutes. Luckily I had all my belongings out of the unit. Had fridge and microwave in unit but no coffee maker. Unit was clean but no heat in bathroom so need to really heat up unit to warm up bathroom to take shower. Probably not an issue in summer. "
