"Very clean and nice amenities "

"Pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken. We're able to use either one. The cable went out on Saturday morning and never went back on and my stay was until Monday morning. The breakfast was not very good no variety at all. "

"Front desk and bar staff were excellent. Maid staff was ok. Pool area was ok. We had a renovated room and it was decent except for the door was hard to open and close.Ongoing construction so be aware of limitations and noise. Resort is dated and dining options at the resort are limited but a pub and Italian restaurant within walking distance."

"The staff was exceptional. Very attentive, kind, and helpful. The hotel is charming with its mid-century modern decor. We would gladly stay here again because of the great location and wonderful vibe, but especially because of the service. "

"Airport shuttle was great. I enjoyed pool and hot whirlpool, and restaurant. The walls are a little thin in the rooms on 7th floor. I was glad to not have noisy neighbors. Overall a nice two night stay."

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"

"The location was great for our early flight in the morning. The hotel was in good shape and we didn't have any problems."

"We had a good time. Our keys would randomly work for the pool gates, so that was an inconvenience. The room could have been cleaner. Clumps of hair on the carpet, dead bugs in the shower, and we could not get the fireplace to work the first night we were there when it was a little chilly. The two-floor villas would be much better without carpet. The carpet just did not seem very clean."
