"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. "Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room."

"The staff were very friendly helped alot, in one of the rooms the light fitting came off the wall and they moved us into a different room straight away. Breakfast was amazing , sat us at a table and brought over the hot drinks with the cups ect and we went over to a counter to get our food and cold drinks.
