Smoking Hotels in West Knoxville

"The initial check in clerk was great. Once asleep in bed and bed heated up the bed began to smell like urine. Wife did not sleep barely one the smell started. Woke up to the room smelling of urine. Told front desk on check out, was not offered any compensation, clerk said she would let housekeeping know. Very poor customer service over issues at check out. Hotel starting to show age, shower head fallong out of wall, wall kleenex box cover falling off wall. Will not stay here again.."

"The staff were super friendly and always greeted you as you came and left. Love the free breakfast and 24/7 tea and coffee. Room was clean."
