"The showers and bathroom were not cleaned from the prior guest. there were still hairs on the floor and shower wall including hairs outside the bathroom on the floor. did not make the room feel clean at all."

"It was a cheap room. Very dark corridors and odours throughout."

"Desk staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and hopefully the room I stayed in is still on the list for updates. Everything was clean and neat but the room finishes (baseboards, paint covered outlets, worn curtains, etc) made the room look a little sloppy. Pets are allowed in the rooms but I could hear a dog from the next room whining and barking until late in the night, it broke my heart. All of the room and hotel amenities were well kept and in working order."

"Staff pleasant, however not not willing to match price of room with Expedia, when asked in person at hotel. Much better prices on Expedia. Hotel elevator not working and given room on 3rd floor. Rokm was clean. Worth price on Expedia. Overpriced if you were to book with hotel directly. "
